Ingredients

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine all the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together until well blended.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts, fully coating them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat at about 375°F.
  • Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Rest the chicken for 5 minutes after grilling before serving.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
