How to Make Grinch Mini Cheesecakes
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well-coated.
Press the mixture into muffin tins to form crusts.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth in another bowl.
Fold in whipped cream and green food coloring until combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
