Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter

For the Topping

  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar Optional
  • 1/2 cup Red candy hearts

Instructions

How to Make Grinch Mini Cheesecakes

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well-coated.
  • Press the mixture into muffin tins to form crusts.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth in another bowl.
  • Fold in whipped cream and green food coloring until combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with red candy hearts before serving.

Notes

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar for added sweetness.
