Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • While the beef mixture is cooking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the hoagie rolls in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
