Instructions

How to Make Hot Cocoa Bombs

  • Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and glossy.
  • Fill half of the silicone mold with the melted chocolate, coating the sides evenly.
  • Chill the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.
  • Remove the chocolate halves carefully from the mold, twisting and pushing gently.
  • Fill one half with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
  • Seal the cocoa bomb by pressing the other half on top, using melted chocolate as glue if needed.
  • Let them cool completely at room temperature until firm.
  • Store your cocoa bombs in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
