Instructions

How to Make Hot Cocoa Bombs

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until smooth and glossy, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  • Fill half of the silicone mold with the melted chocolate. Use a spoon or a brush to cover the sides evenly, making sure there are no weak spots.
  • Chill the mold in the fridge for about 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Remove the chocolate halves from the mold carefully, peeling it away gently to avoid cracks.
  • Fill one half with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
  • Seal the filled half with the other chocolate half, pressing gently to combine.
  • Let cool completely on a baking sheet.
  • Store your hot cocoa bombs in an airtight container.

Notes
