  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives sliced
  • 6 oz Salami sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped

For the Dressing

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain well and let it cool completely in a colander.
  • Combine the cooled pasta with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, salami, mozzarella, and fresh basil in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to blend all the vibrant ingredients.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
