- 8 oz Rotini Pasta
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Black Olives sliced
- 6 oz Salami sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
For the Dressing
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preparation Steps
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain well and let it cool completely in a colander.
