Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper diced
  • 1 small Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black olives sliced
  • 4 oz Salami diced
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese diced

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives to the bowl.
  • Mix in the diced salami and provolone cheese.
  • Drizzle with Italian dressing.
  • Toss gently to combine everything.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs for an aromatic finish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
