Ingredients

For the Dip

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 8 oz Cream cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a food processor, add the pitted Kalamata olives, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  • Pulse the food processor until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
  • Carefully spoon the dip into a serving bowl.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Optional: Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
