For the Dip
- 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 8 oz Cream cheese or goat cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
- 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
Preparation
In a food processor, add the pitted Kalamata olives, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Pulse the food processor until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
Carefully spoon the dip into a serving bowl.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Optional: Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
