How to Make Key Lime Pie Yogurt Bark

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
  • Use a spatula to evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, aiming for a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Generously sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut on top of the yogurt layer.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the baking sheet and cut the bark into squares or rectangles.
