Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and set aside, but reserve a cup of pasta water.
  • Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Allow it to foam and start to slightly brown.
  • Add the lemon juice and zest to the melted butter, stirring well. Let it simmer for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Combine the cooked spaghetti with the lemon butter mixture in the pan. Toss gently but thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the cheese has melted and everything is combined.
  • Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley right before serving.

Notes
