Instructions

How to Make Loaded Baked Potatoes

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water, then poke holes in them with a fork.
  • Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt.
  • Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  • Remove baked potatoes from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up.
  • Fluff the insides with a fork, then add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Top generously with sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon.
