How to Make

  • Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling your elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Make sure to stir occasionally until al dente, then drain and set aside for later.
  • Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, letting it bubble gently until golden.
  • Combine Macaroni: Next, add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, stirring it into the melted butter. Allow those flavors to mingle for about a minute.
  • Pour in the Milk: Gradually pour in the milk, stirring gently to combine everything into a smooth mixture.
  • Mix in the Cheese: Add the shredded cheddar cheese along with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely.
  • Cook Until Combined: Keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the mixture to thicken slightly.
