Instructions

How to Make Marry Me Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides for a flavorful base.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for about 5–7 minutes on each side until they're golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate, keeping it warm.
  • Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and add grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and gently simmer.
  • Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in dried basil and taste to adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
