Instructions

How to Make Marry Me Chicken Soup

  • Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring well.
  • Mix in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and pour in low-sodium chicken broth. Bring to a gentle boil.
  • Carefully place boneless chicken breasts into the pot. Cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until tender.
  • Remove chicken, shred it using forks, and return the shredded chicken to the broth.
