  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

How to Make Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix the filling by combining green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Incorporate half of the fried onions and half of the cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches each.
  • Scoop a spoonful of the green bean mixture and place it in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  • Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Top each bite with the remaining cheddar cheese and fried onions.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
