Instructions

How to Make Moist Pistachio Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  • Stir in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  • In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
  • Once the bread is cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
