Ingredients

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

For Topping (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

How to Make Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
  • Open the package of crescent roll dough and gently separate it into triangles.
  • Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  • Carefully roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides.
  • Place the filled bombs seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each chicken bomb.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once baked, let the bombs cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy this comforting dish.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken is fully cooked before shredding. Consider searing chicken with spices for added flavor. Keep an eye on baking time to avoid overcooking.
