Instructions

How to Make Mulled Cider

  • In a large pot, pour in the apple cider and add the sliced orange.
  • Toss in cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, allspice berries, and if you prefer, the brown sugar.
  • Put the pot on medium heat and warm the mixture until steaming.
  • Once steaming, reduce the heat and allow the cider to simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from heat and strain out the solids.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with extra orange slices or a cinnamon stick for a beautiful presentation.
