Filling

  • 1 cup Nutella the star ingredient
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream adjust for consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract for flavor enhancement
  • a pinch Salt to balance sweetness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Beat the softened unsalted butter until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the Nutella to the creamed butter, mixing until combined and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  • Add the heavy cream and mix until the filling is smooth and luscious.
  • Mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle additional Nutella on top before serving. Re-whip the filling if it thickens after refrigeration.
