Truffle Base
- 1 cup Nutella the star ingredient
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers adds crunch
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar sweetens and smoothens texture
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional for extra chocolaty flavor
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract enhances flavor
Coating
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for coating
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate for dipping

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, blend together the Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, mini chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or colorful sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
Refrigerate again for about 15 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
