Ingredients

Truffle Base

  • 1 cup Nutella the star ingredient
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers adds crunch
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar sweetens and smoothens texture
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional for extra chocolaty flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract enhances flavor

Coating

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for coating
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate for dipping
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or sprinkles optional for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, blend together the Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, mini chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts or colorful sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate again for about 15 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For an elegant finish, drizzle melted chocolate over the truffles before serving.
