For the Chicken

How to Make One-Pan Chicken Caprese
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, stirring gently.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
