  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

For the Toppings

  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella balls creamy and gooey
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil extra-virgin preferred

Instructions

How to Make One-Pan Chicken Caprese

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, stirring gently.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For added sweetness, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
