Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, add the chicken breasts, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper.
  • Pour in the pesto sauce and olive oil, then gently toss everything together until well coated.
  • Spread the chicken-vegetable mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle your mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
