How to Make One-Pot Creamy Orzo Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the orzo pasta and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
