How to Make Pesto Grilled Cheese
Generously spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
Place 2 slices of your chosen cheese between the unpestoed sides of the bread.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and watch it melt.
Gently place the sandwich in the skillet, pesto side facing up. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Carefully flip the sandwich to cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
