  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

How to Make Pistachio Cherry Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped pistachios and dried cherries.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
