Instructions

How to Make Pulled Chicken Quesadilla Triangles

  • Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  • Combine the pulled chicken, shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, diced onions, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl.
  • Layer a tortilla in the skillet, then add a generous portion of the chicken mixture on one half.
  • Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until it's golden and the cheese is melted, another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut it into triangles.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
