For the Ramen
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups water
For the Veggies
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
For the Protein
- 2 large eggs cooked sunny-side up

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How to Make Quick Ramen Upgrade
Boil the water in a pot over high heat, waiting until it reaches a rolling boil.
Cook the ramen noodles by adding them to the boiling water. Let them simmer for 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the mushrooms are tender.
Fry the eggs in a separate pan over medium heat until sunny-side up, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil into the pot of noodles and veggies. Mix everything well.
