Ingredients

For the Ramen

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups water

For the Veggies

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions

For the Protein

  • 2 large eggs cooked sunny-side up

For Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

How to Make Quick Ramen Upgrade

  • Boil the water in a pot over high heat, waiting until it reaches a rolling boil.
  • Cook the ramen noodles by adding them to the boiling water. Let them simmer for 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Add the fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the mushrooms are tender.
  • Fry the eggs in a separate pan over medium heat until sunny-side up, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil into the pot of noodles and veggies. Mix everything well.
  • Serve the ramen in bowls, generously topping each with the perfectly fried egg and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds for an additional layer of flavor and crunch. Always use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
