For the Base
- 1 cup Quinoa rinsed
- 2 cups Water for cooking quinoa
For the Filling
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 medium Avocado diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
For the Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed

How to Make
Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness, giving it a fresh start.
