How to Make Ramen Carbonara
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced pancetta or bacon until crispy, around 4–5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well-blended.
Add the drained ramen noodles to the skillet with the pancetta and garlic, tossing everything together gently.
Quickly pour the egg and cheese mixture over the hot noodles, tossing vigorously to create a creamy sauce.
Taste your Ramen Carbonara, adjusting with salt and extra black pepper, if needed. Serve immediately.
Optional: Add sautéed vegetables for an extra burst of flavor. For the best texture, cook noodles until just tender and toss quickly with sauce to avoid scrambling the eggs.
