Instructions

Baking Steps

  • Fold in the chopped pistachios gently.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each cookie before baking.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
