Instructions

How to Make Sausage & Potato Skillet

  • Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Allow it to warm for about 1-2 minutes until it shimmers.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Toss in the diced potatoes, stirring well to coat them with oil. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add your choice of sausage to the mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once everything is cooked and combined, serve hot.
