How to Make Shrimp and Corn Bisque

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.

  • Reduce heat and add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in heavy cream, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
