  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Corn Kernels fresh or frozen

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth good quality broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

For Garnishing

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until soft for approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Add corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • Incorporate shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
