How to Make Skrewball Whiskey Balls

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey until it reaches a smooth, luscious consistency.
  • Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar. Mix until everything is uniformly combined and a sticky dough forms.
  • Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about an inch in diameter.
  • Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place the chocolate-coated balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the dipped balls again until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.

Notes
