Instructions

How to Make Southwest Chicken Wraps

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir gently until everything is well-coated and the vibrant colors shine.
  • Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate. This will be your canvas for a delicious wrap.
  • Take a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it in the center of the tortilla. Aim for about a third of the way down.
  • Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  • Continue this process with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture, making a delightful stack of wraps.
  • Cut each wrap in half for easy handling. Serve immediately, or store them in the fridge for a quick meal later.

Notes

To keep wraps fresh, dry lettuce after washing. Heat tortillas slightly before wrapping.
