For the Shrimp
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey adds sweetness
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce enhances umami flavor

Cooking Instructions
In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Gently add the shrimp to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
While the shrimp is cooking, combine honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
