Ingredients

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Coating

  • 1 cup Almond Flour

  • Form small balls with the mixture, similar to golf balls.
  • Coat each ball in almond flour.
  • Arrange the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
