How to Make Steak and Boursin Pasta
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season it with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Remove the cooked steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Sauté minced garlic and cherry tomatoes in the same skillet for 2–3 minutes.
Introduce the spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until it wilts.
Lower the heat, then add the creamy Boursin cheese to the skillet.
Pour in the beef broth (or the reserved pasta water) and stir vigorously to form a smooth, cohesive sauce.
Return the cooked steak and drained pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until coated in the creamy sauce.
Taste your creation and adjust with more salt and pepper if needed.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
For an extra flavor boost, a sprinkle of grated Parmesan can be added when serving.
