Instructions

How to Make Steak Queso Rice

  • In a skillet, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 lb of steak strips to the skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it well to coat the steak evenly.
  • Sear the steak for about 5-7 minutes or until it’s beautifully browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Gently fold in 2 cups of cooked rice into the skillet. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Pour 1 cup of queso cheese over the mixture. Stir until fully melted and well incorporated.
