How to Make Sticky Apricot Glazed Chicken
In a medium bowl, whisk together the apricot jam, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Reserve the marinade for later use.
