  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings optional
  • 2 pieces coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

How to Make Tiramisu Chia Pudding

  • In a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes. Afterward, whisk again to break up any clumps of chia seeds and ensure a smooth consistency.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened to a lovely gel-like texture.
  • Once thickened, spoon half of the chia pudding into serving cups or bowls, creating the first beautiful layer.
  • Generously top the first layer with whipped cream, adding a rich and airy texture before layering the remaining chia pudding on top.
  • Add another layer of whipped cream on top for that luxurious feel and beautiful presentation.
  • Lightly dust the top with cocoa powder for an elegant finishing touch, and feel free to sprinkle dark chocolate shavings if desired.
  • For that extra flair, top with coffee beans, making it as stunning as it is delicious.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest taste or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

Consider adding fresh berries for a fruity twist and added color!
