For the Sandwiches
- 8 slices bread choose your favorite, whether white, whole grain, or sourdough
- 2 cups cooked turkey perfect for using up leftovers or store-bought rotisserie turkey

How to Make Turkey Cranberry Grilled Sandwiches
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of half the slices, stack turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered sides facing up.
Warm a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
