  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Gooey and melty.
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes Optional, adds tangy sweetness.

Instructions

How to Make Turkey Pesto Panini Melts

  • Spread a generous layer of pesto on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Layer half of the slices with cooked turkey breast, mozzarella cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes if using.
  • Preheat your panini press or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Brush the outside of each sandwich lightly with olive oil.
  • Grill the sandwiches for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Slice the panini melts in half and serve them warm.
