Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, ensuring they're al dente. Drain and set aside once done.
  • Mix the ricotta cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the first row of cooked noodles in a baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
  • Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top, distributing it evenly.
  • Top with a layer of whipped cream, spreading it to the edges of the dish.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the whipped cream and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  • Repeat the layering process—noodles, ricotta, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, caramel, and pecans—until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and extra pecans on top to elevate the dessert's appeal.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
