How to Make White Chocolate Popcorn

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat, add popcorn kernels, cover, and shake occasionally until popping slows, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the popped corn and gently stir to coat each piece.
  • Sprinkle salt over the popcorn mixture and toss to incorporate evenly.
